Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefit Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, implementing benefit programs, and providing guidance on employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide benefits consulting and strategic advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective benefit programs and solutions
- Analyze and interpret data related to benefit programs to make informed recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Present benefit plans and programs to clients and provide education and resources to employees
- Implement and oversee open enrollment processes and support employees with benefit-related inquiries
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits account management
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and benefit administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and provide recommendations
- Knowledge of current industry trends and regulatory changes
- Familiarity with benefit plan design and implementation
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
