Job Title: HNW Personal Lines CSR

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to support High Net Worth personal lines accounts. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work closely with Account Executives in a task-driven environment, supporting day-to-day operations for a Property & Casualty agency. Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Support Account Executives with servicing High Net Worth personal lines clients
• Process policy endorsements, billing inquiries, and documentation follow-ups
• Assist with internal processing tasks and carrier communications
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of administrative and service-related items
• Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding client or carrier requests
• Contribute to a high level of client service through responsiveness and task completion

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain - required (licensing support provided)
• Some prior insurance or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly task-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Interest in growing a career in the insurance industry
