Job Summary
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide insurance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Understanding clients' insurance needs and providing appropriate coverage options
- Advising clients on risk management strategies and insurance products
- Collaborating with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage for clients
- Managing the renewal process for existing accounts
- Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- An active Texas P&C License is required
- CISR, CIC, or CRIS designation preferred
