Location: Hybrid – Colmar, PA - Initial In-Office Training (1-2 months), then 2 Days In-Office / 3 Days Remote
Salary: Up to $70,000

We're a young and dynamic insurance office looking for a coachable, motivated, and detail-oriented Small Business Account Manager to join our team. What You'll Be Doing:

Manage a book of ~500 small business accounts (typically $20K and under in premium)

Handle full-service account responsibilities, including renewals, endorsements, COIs, etc.

Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and find efficient solutions

Maintain accurate records using HawkSoft agency management system
What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of insurance experience (preferably in small commercial)

P&C license preferred, but we’re willing to help you obtain it

Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment after initial training

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to $70,000 depending on experience

Benefits: Employer contribution up to $500/month toward health coverage
