## Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their insurance needs in the personal lines department.
## Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide accurate information
- Process insurance policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist clients with claims submissions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and provide coverage options to clients
- Educate clients on insurance products and ensure they have the appropriate coverage for their individual needs
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
- Provide support to insurance agents and contribute to the overall success of the personal lines department
## Day-to-day
- Engaging with clients via phone, email, and in-person to assess their insurance needs
- Processing insurance policy changes and endorsements in the AMS
- Assisting clients with claims inquiries and following up with insurance carriers
- Collaborating with insurance agents to provide tailored insurance solutions to clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
- Continuously learning about new insurance products and industry updates to better serve clients
