Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Unit Lead to join our team and take on a leadership role within our commercial insurance division. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills and experience leading a team, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the commercial lines unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of commercial lines insurance professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to make informed decisions and provide expert guidance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management
- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
