Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team. The Employee Benefits Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients in order to achieve sales and retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service delivery
• Understand and analyze clients’ employee benefits needs and provide suitable solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver benefit programs
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes in employee benefits
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on benefit program design and administration
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis
• Prepare reports and metrics for clients, tracking the success of benefit programs
• Stay current on product offerings and changes in the market to provide clients with up-to-date information
• Communicate with clients to manage and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive in the employee benefits industry
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits products, services, and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
