Job Summary
A growing insurance organization is seeking a High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Producer to drive new business development and manage relationships within the HNW personal lines market. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a foundation in HNW insurance who is looking to grow their career while servicing complex personal risk portfolios. The position involves working with large revenue accounts and requires a strong client-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new HNW personal lines business opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-value clients
- Assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Collaborate with account management and service teams to ensure exceptional client service
- Stay informed of industry trends and HNW market developments
- Represent the agency professionally in all client and carrier interactions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience working with high net worth personal lines accounts
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to grow and develop a high-performing book of business
- Familiarity with luxury asset coverage (e.g., high-value homes, fine art, collectibles, etc.) is a plus
