Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, while providing exceptional account management and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring clients' needs are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for clients' insurance policies.
• Review policy documents, addressing any discrepancies and making necessary updates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and updates in insurance products to provide insightful guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverage types, and underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in insurance management software and MS Office suite.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
