Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing personal lines accounts, with some involvement in small commercial lines. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, assessing coverage needs, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service personal lines accounts, with occasional involvement in small commercial lines
• Utilize EPIC software for daily tasks
• Handle renewal and new business quoting
• Collaborate with carriers and provide excellent customer service
• Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license
• Familiarity with EPIC software preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
