Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Account Manager in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
- Support the Account Manager in preparing insurance proposals and renewal documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and endorsement processing
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Assist with invoice processing and premium collections
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
- Previous experience working with a variety of carriers
- Sound knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant insurance software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60k-$80k (based on experience)
