Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
• Provide prompt and professional service to clients, including addressing inquiries and concerns
• Analyze risk exposures and provide appropriate coverage recommendations
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
• Monitor policy endorsements, audits, and other transactions to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Assist in resolving client claims and advocating on their behalf

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience
• A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
• Proficiency in insurance principles, products, and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office suite
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
