Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Renewal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for personal insurance clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess personal lines insurance policies to determine renewal options
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information for the renewal process
- Prepare and present renewal options and quotes to clients
- Follow up with clients to answer any questions and address concerns
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurate and complete for policy renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to provide the best possible renewal options for clients
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact policy renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant independent agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in using insurance management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet renewal goals
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license – required
