Currently seeking a Surety Bonds Account Manager

$75k-$90k

Hybrid (2 days in office after training)

Exton, PA

• Manage and maintain surety bond accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and analyze financial statements, contracts, and bond forms to determine bonding needs.
• Prepare and process bid bonds, performance bonds, payment bonds, and other surety-related documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surety companies, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of bonds while adhering to underwriting guidelines.
• Handle renewals, modifications, and cancellations of bonds as required.
• Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues related to bonds.
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in surety bonding.
