## Overview
We are seeking a Senior Benefits Account Executive to join our team and manage a portfolio of clients with. As a Senior Benefits Account Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to clients in the administration and implementation of their medical and voluntary benefits packages. 

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their benefit needs and providing strategic consulting services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their benefits programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of self-funded benefits plans
- Conduct regular benefits reviews to assess plan performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to provide clients with informed guidance and support

## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits account management, with a focus on medical and voluntary benefits for mid-sized groups
- Proven track record of managing self-funded benefits programs, including plan design, analysis, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and voluntary benefit products, along with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Industry certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus

## Day-to-day
- Engage with clients to understand their benefits needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of benefits plans
- Monitor and analyze benefits program performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date guidance and support
