Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Account Manager that has previous experience with real estate accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, real estate market, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for real estate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions to meet client requirements.
- Implement risk management strategies and provide proactive advice to clients on how to minimize potential risks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and timely communication.
- Monitor policy renewals, endorsements, and claims to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
- Previous experience with real estate accounts is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required.
