Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Analyze client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
- Process policy changes, renewals, certificates, and endorsements
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and compliance with regulations
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Previous Property experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
