Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
• Analyze client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Process policy changes, renewals, certificates, and endorsements
• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and compliance with regulations
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Previous Property experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
