We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Producer to help grow our existing book of business. Our company has established 75+ multi-state locations and partners with multiple A-rated carriers, providing best-in-class service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew existing business.
• Conduct needs analysis with each client to identify gaps in coverage.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
• Become familiar with products, services, and systems.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Requirements:
• Holds a Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial personality.
• Can pass a background check.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Has good operational computing skills, including typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers).
• Is a confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Can multitask effectively.
