Job Title: Commercial Lines Agent

Job Summary: The Commercial Lines Agent will be responsible for driving the growth of small commercial accounts by managing inbound and outbound sales. This individual will be expected to generate their own leads, with some provided, and establish lasting relationships with clients. The role demands a proactive, self-driven sales professional who can operate efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for small commercial accounts.
• Self-generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Offer solutions to meet clients' commercial insurance needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper account servicing.
• Utilize EPIC software to track accounts, policies, and client communications.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for both new and renewal business.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Required: Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
• 1+ year of experience in commercial lines insurance (preferred).
• Experience in sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of self-driven prospecting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in EPIC or similar insurance software systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Compensation Package:

• Compensation: $50K + new business and renewal commissions
