Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Repair Services Consultant to join our client's call center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers in need of automotive repair support. Your technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple service requests will be key to providing a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- Automotive repair knowledge or experience working in a service-related position required
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding vehicle service and repair needs
- Guide customers through repair processes, timelines, and next steps
- Coordinate with service shops, mechanics, and vendors to ensure timely repair scheduling and status updates
- Educate customers on coverage, repair options, and service expectations
- Document all interactions in internal systems accurately and thoroughly
- Assist with follow-up communication, including estimates, authorizations, and service completions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns or escalations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in a high-volume call center environment
