COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER 

Job location: Waltham, MA - hybrid remote
Successful independent insurance brokerage located in Waltham, MA is seeking to add a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to an expanding, professional team. Duties: retention of existing accounts - provide day to day in-house customer service to clients as assigned. Work to provide insurance solutions that will enhance client’s insurance programs. Help analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients. 

• At least 2-3 years’ experience with Commercial Lines – mid market to large market experience preferred 
• Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers. 
• Current Property & Casualty License
• Manage a high-volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing and new policies
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting and procedures
• Review all applications, policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy
• Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
