Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-respected local agency and be a part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a P&C License and 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries and concerns
- Process endorsements and certificates
- Handle renewals and new business quotes
- Utilize TAM software for daily tasks
- Manage a generalist book of business with a focus on small accounts
Qualifications
- P&C License is required
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with TAM software is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Day-to-day
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve interacting with clients, processing policy endorsements, managing renewals, and utilizing TAM software for various tasks.
