We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing insurance accounts and utilizing AMS (Applied EPIC).

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts
• Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Utilize AMS (Applied EPIC) and other company systems to process policies, endorsements, and renewals
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any policy-related issues
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3 years previous experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in using AMS: Applied EPIC (or similar software)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Current insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain)
