Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a thorough understanding of commercial insurance products and services. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide recommendations for coverage options
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Renew and remarket insurance policies as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date information
- Monitor and manage policy endorsements, audits, and other policy-related activities
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Handle any claims-related inquiries or issues that may arise
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
