Stay informed on market trends and insurer capabilities to strategically target submissions.

Negotiate pricing, coverage terms, and policy conditions with underwriters; present comprehensive proposals to clients.

Maximize revenue opportunities through commission structure negotiations.

Proactively manage renewals and client expectations through timely communication and strategic planning.

Address and resolve client issues related to payments, claims, and potential E&O exposures.

Review and enhance quality of submission materials; request additional information as necessary.

Collaborate with producers to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities.

Support production teams in preparing and delivering RFP responses and new business presentations.
