Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing support and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage for clients
- Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions
- Assist clients with claims management and resolution, acting as their advocate throughout the process
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient account management processes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is required
