Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Generate and process policy endorsements and certificates of insurance
• Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process
• Analyze client's insurance needs and present appropriate coverage options
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing for clients

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in commercial insurance
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office suite
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
