Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Generate and process policy endorsements and certificates of insurance
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process
- Analyze client's insurance needs and present appropriate coverage options
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing for clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
