Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the seamless delivery of insurance services.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate competitive insurance terms and provide clients with comprehensive coverage options.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients to optimize their coverage and minimize risk.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance or account management.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Knowledge of underwriting principles and insurance regulations.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
