Employee Benefits Insurance Account Manager
Established benefits broker seeking an employee benefits account manager. Competitive salary and great benefits.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability lines of coverage
Worked with small groups, up to 500 members
Handling RFP's, quoting, preparing proposals, enrollment, coverage review, renewals, managing carrier relationships
Must be comfortable working with clients, group members, and/or human resources to answer policy questions, manage complex issues, recommend applicable coverage as needed, and provide general customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must carry an active Life and Health License
