Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service in the personal lines insurance sector. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building and maintaining client connections.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Advise clients on insurance coverage options, including home, auto, and personal liability policies
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and policy renewals with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and execute new business applications
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Keep abreast of industry trends and stay informed of changes in insurance regulations and products
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
