Position Overview:
As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will assist with various small to mid-sized Commercial Accounts. This position is perfect for a generalist with a well-rounded understanding of commercial lines insurance. It does not focus heavily on construction or contractor accounts.
You will assist our clients with certificate of insurance and auto ID card requests. Internally you will assist Account Managers with policy change requests, maintaining and updating the Agency Management System (EPIC), assist with timely delivery of renewal worksheets and applications.
We are looking for a proactive CSR who is comfortable incorporating technology into their work to streamline processes and provide the best possible service. You’ll have the opportunity to use modern tools and software to better manage your accounts and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for service requests for Certificates, Auto ID cards, Billing inquiries.
- Process Binders, Invoices, Finance Agreements, Certificates and Auto ID cards for commercial lines clients.
- Follow up and confirm receipt of Carrier downloaded policies, endorsements, and audits.
- Obtain loss runs from Carrier websites, as needed and upon request from Clients.
- Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve any outstanding endorsements or billing issues or cancellations.
- Maintain and update client files and records in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Producers, and other team members to provide seamless service to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and coverage options.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Commercial Lines Insurance experience (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with EPIC/Applied.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property and liability coverage.
- State Insurance License.
- Comfort with technology, including experience with agency management software and Microsoft Office (Experience with [name of software, if applicable] is a plus).
