Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Marketing Manager to drive account retention and growth while delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated portfolio of assigned accounts, focusing on re-marketing renewals, rewrites, and generating new business. This role is ideal for experienced producers or account managers who are proficient in quoting and have a solid background in marketing within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities

Account Management: Oversee re-marketing renewals, rewrites, and new business marketing initiatives across a mix of high-value (30%) and middle market (70%) accounts.

Quoting & Renewals: Handle quoting for both new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

Client Engagement: Attend weekly meetings to review performance and collaborate on strategy, and work from a monthly assigned list of accounts.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client servicing.

Software Utilization: Effectively use industry-standard software (Applied Epic) to manage processes and track performance.
Qualifications/Requirements

Insurance Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in personal lines.

Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C license.

Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in marketing and quoting within the insurance space.

Account Handling: Comfortable managing accounts with premiums up to $100k.

Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $45k - $50k (based on experience).
