(FULLY REMOTE to GA P&C licensed & FL 2-20 Candidates ONLY)

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 (Base + Incentives, based on experience)

We are looking for a Personal Lines Team Lead to oversee and develop a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) while managing a book of business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, strategic problem-solving, and driving team success.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Reps, Account Managers, and CSRs.

  • Provide hands-on training in product knowledge, sales strategies, service excellence, and claims best practices.

  • Cross-train team members to enhance teamwork, skill diversity, and operational flexibility.

  • Host regular team meetings to align goals, ensure accountability, and maintain high morale.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex service issues and client concerns.

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

Operations & Workflow Optimization

  • Oversee and delegate workflow efficiently to improve productivity and customer experience.

  • Manage a substantial book of business, focusing on renewal retention and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Analyze rate increases and develop strategic retention plans.

  • Find market placements for non-renewals and high-risk policies.

  • Assist the team with new business issuance and underwriting processes.

  • Process payments, handle claims assistance, and resolve policy-related inquiries.

Client & Business Growth

  • Drive client retention strategies through proactive engagement and superior service.

  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand coverage for clients.

  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in client communication and policy servicing.

  • Collaborate with hiring firms to recruit and onboard top-tier talent.

  • Utilize Salesforce (AMS) and EZLynx (Rater) to streamline operations and reporting.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Active state insurance license required (for both remote and retail positions).

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and train team members.

  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience with Salesforce (AMS) and EZLynx (Rater) preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both clients and team members.
