Job Title: Personal Lines (PL) Producer

Location: Maple Shade, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days a week in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for the growth of our Personal Lines department, which includes three key teams: Sales, Quoting Specialist, and CSR. With a book of $20 million in premium and 6,000 customers, our agency is well-established, and we're seeking a talented individual to focus on sales, including cold and warm leads, and account sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience, and will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Handle all aspects of sales, including sourcing new business through cold and warm leads, as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Account Management: Manage accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to policyholder.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the quoting specialist and CSR teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and coverage options.

Required Qualifications:

• License: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales. We are not looking for candidates who need to be trained from the ground up.
• Skills: Strong sales abilities, with experience handling both cold and warm leads. Must be comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and have excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software: Experience with Epic is a huge plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Base salary up to $60,000, plus commission.

Work Schedule:

• Location: 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Maple Shade, NJ. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
