Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in transportation insurance. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling account servicing, renewals, and other client-facing duties with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, in-office role located in our Manasquan office. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Servicing: Handle the A-Z servicing of commercial accounts, specializing in the transportation sector (FedEx, Amazon, etc.).
- Client-Facing Duties: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, manage renewals, and handle day-to-day service needs.
- Account Renewals: Take charge of renewals and ensure smooth processes with minimal intervention from producers.
- Specialized Knowledge: Be familiar with and able to handle workers' compensation and other lines relevant to commercial transportation.
Required Qualifications:
- License: A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines, particularly with a focus on transportation insurance, is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage a book of business independently.
Software:
- Experience using Hawksoft software is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Location: This is a fully in-office position in our Manasquan office. No remote or hybrid options available.
- Travel: No travel is required for this position.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $90,000.
- 401(k): 401(k) with a company match after a certain period of time with the agency.

Interview Process:
- Onsite Interview: The first round will be an in-person interview. A video interview can be arranged if absolutely necessary, but the preference is for an in-person meeting.
- Number of Interviews: Two interviews will be conducted.
- Team Members: You will meet with the hiring manager and other key team members during the interview process.
