We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts. # Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure proper coverage for clients
- Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze client's insurance needs and provide recommendations for additional coverage or policy adjustments
- Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and other documentation to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to clients

# Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policy language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and insurance management systems
- A commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
- Relevant insurance designations such as AM (Commercial: $0-$100k) and AM (Commercial: $100k-$500k) are preferred
