Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure appropriate coverage and secure competitive quotes for clients
  • Manage policy renewals and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively advise and guide clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance, particularly in high net worth clientele
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in utilizing insurance management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Relevant insurance certification or licensure (e.g. AM or similar) preferred

Day-to-day

As a Private Client Account Executive, you will spend your days working closely with high net worth clients to assess their insurance needs, collaborate with underwriting teams, and provide exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day activities will include client meetings, policy management, researching insurance products and regulatory changes, and communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of personalized insurance solutions.
