Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Commercial Lines team. This role is ideal for someone with insurance industry experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in insurance marketing. Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Prepare renewal documents and marketing deliverables in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Manage account information systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate documentation.
• Handle renewal marketing, comparisons, proposals, and policy binding for small commercial accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters at top-rated insurance carriers.
• Conduct marketing for new business opportunities.

Marketing Team Support

• Assist with specialized coverage marketing.
• Provide technical support for proposal creation, new business entry, and complex account workflows.
• Assist with various department projects and provide coverage for team members as needed.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• NYS Property & Casualty License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time - Hybrid

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
