Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills with a focus on construction.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $100k to $500k in premiums
- Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed

Qualifications
- Proficiency with AMS 360 or similar agency management system
- Demonstrated experience in commercial lines insurance, with knowledge of construction insurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
