We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
- Write compelling copy for websites, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements tailored to the insurance industry.
- Create multimedia content (such as infographics and videos) to support marketing initiatives and enhance user experience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize existing content for SEO to improve visibility in search engine results.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall site performance.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes to maintain a competitive edge.

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by crafting relevant, informative, and engaging posts for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor engagement and analyze social media performance to inform future content strategies.

- Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and developers to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of content and SEO strategies, making recommendations for improvements.
