Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining existing accounts. This role requires a strong focus on sales, with a preference for individuals with a proven track record of revenue production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to bring in new business
- Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on revenue generation
- Travel as needed for client meetings and work events
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active L&H (Life & Health) license
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of revenue production
- Experience with EPIC software is preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote and in-office setting
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60K-$120K (based on experience) + commission opportunities.
