Job Summary
A leading agency is seeking a skilled Sr. Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employee benefits clients while providing comprehensive service and support. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the employee benefits book of business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on benefit plans, compliance, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about industry changes, market trends, and regulatory updates to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Conduct regular client reviews and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings.
- Utilize the AMS Sagitta system to manage client accounts, process new business, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in the employee benefits or insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits products, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in using AMS Sagitta or similar agency management systems.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEBS, Group Benefits Associate) are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
