Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage requirements.
• Address coverage and policy questions, handle claims, and deliver superior customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including customer service, administration, and remarketing accounts.
• Manage workflows for your assigned book of business, delegating tasks as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in all processes, from policy reviews to endorsements and renewals.

Qualifications You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Full knowledge of insurance products and their applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build client trust and relationships.
• Exceptional technical and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems; EPIC experience is a plus!
• A Florida 2-20 P&C license is REQUIRED.
