Overview
We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong account management skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts of construction accounts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and new business development
- Stay updated on insurance trends, market conditions, and coverage options
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines

Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management
- Strong knowledge of AMS 360 or similar agency management systems
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts with premium volumes ranging from $100k-$500k and $500k+
- Solid understanding of commercial lines coverages, specifically in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- P&C license required
