Successful independent insurance brokerage located in Morristown, NJ is seeking to add 3 x Personal Insurance Account Managers to an expanding, professional team.

Duties:

• Help advise, analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for assigned customers
• Will handle new/renewal business

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years’ experience with retail agency or similar personal lines business. Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers.
• Current Property & Casualty License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service focused
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
