Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager | Winter Park/Orlando, FL
Established agency seeking to hire a commercial insurance CSR/assistant to join our commercial lines team. Ideal candidate will have prior independent agency experience.
Responsibilities:
The assistant account manager is responsible for supporting the service staff with day-to-day account management of clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Experience managing Commercial Coverages.
- Familiarity with AMS 360 software systems, preferred.
Compensation:
- $45,000 – $55,000 + annual bonus (up to 10% of salary)
- 100% employer-paid Health/Medical coverage.
