Overview

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The role involves working with small to mid-size groups, utilizing software such as BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator, and collaborating with producers to service accounts and conduct open enrollment presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with 3 producers to service accounts and conduct smaller open enrollment presentations
  • Quote new and renewal business
  • Utilize BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
  • Manage small to mid-size group accounts
  • Collaborate with the production staff to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications

  • L&H licensure required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal training
  • Familiarity with BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software

Day-to-day

The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for collaborating with producers to service accounts, conducting open enrollment presentations, and managing small to mid-size group accounts. The role also involves utilizing BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software to quote new and renewal business.
