Overview:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mikolajcik-Schultz & Associates. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with a focus on commercial accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Quoting on commercial accounts
• Servicing and handling renewals
• Working on small to mid-sized accounts, including BOPs and workers' compensation
• Collaborating with carriers such as Travelers, Selective, and Liberty Mutual
• Utilizing Epic software for daily tasks

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• P&C license
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills

Day-to-day:

The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting new and renewal business, handling servicing tasks, and working closely with commercial carriers. They will also use Epic software for various daily responsibilities.
