We are actively seeking a team-oriented and detail-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for fostering strong relationships and serving our Property & Casualty (P&C) customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, their representatives, and insurance company personnel.
  • Accurately and efficiently manage electronic client account records and file documentation using our agency management systems.
  • Contribute as a proactive team member in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment.
  • Assist with renewals and new business, including reviewing and preparing submission applications.
  • Analyze quotes, prepare proposals, review contracts (including indemnification), and issue Certificates of Insurance.
  • Evaluate bids, solicit quotes for additional coverages, and communicate any coverage deficiencies to clients.
  • Manage account invoicing, including processing endorsements, audits, and change requests.
  • Participate in policy reviews for new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience handling construction clients is preferred.
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance.
  • BA/BS Business Related Degree is required.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably with construction clients.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy (critical for this role).
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMS 360/ImageRight preferred.
