Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are actively seeking a team-oriented and detail-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for fostering strong relationships and serving our Property & Casualty (P&C) customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, their representatives, and insurance company personnel.
- Accurately and efficiently manage electronic client account records and file documentation using our agency management systems.
- Contribute as a proactive team member in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment.
- Assist with renewals and new business, including reviewing and preparing submission applications.
- Analyze quotes, prepare proposals, review contracts (including indemnification), and issue Certificates of Insurance.
- Evaluate bids, solicit quotes for additional coverages, and communicate any coverage deficiencies to clients.
- Manage account invoicing, including processing endorsements, audits, and change requests.
- Participate in policy reviews for new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience handling construction clients is preferred.
- Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance.
- BA/BS Business Related Degree is required.
- 3+ years of experience, preferably with construction clients.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy (critical for this role).
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMS 360/ImageRight preferred.
