ABOUT US
The Jonus Group is a leading staffing provider dedicated to finding top professionals for the insurance industry. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic E&S Casualty Product Manager for one of our esteemed clients, a prominent insurance carrier. This role is ideal for a product expert with a deep understanding of excess & surplus lines (E&S) and specialty casualty markets.
COMPENSATION
- $130,000 - $180,000/year

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with Excess & Surplus casualty umbrella specialty insurance products and coverages
- Knowledge of ISO products and admitted and non-admitted products is required.
- Must understand Underwriting and language (policy forms, admitted forms, manuscript endorsements, etc.)
- Must have experience collaborating with multiple departments (Claims, Legal, Underwriting)
- MBA is required, Juris Doctorate (J.D.) is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans for E&S/specialty casualty products, including new product lines and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Analyze and assess risks associated with E&S/specialty casualty products to ensure product offerings are balanced, competitive, and compliant.
- Oversee portfolio performance and track metrics to monitor profitability, market penetration, and product viability.
- Drive innovation within the product portfolio by identifying and implementing new product features, benefits, and service offerings.
- Partner with claims, legal, underwriting, and distribution teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional initiatives.
